PLEASE NOTE: Blazer Cakes must be ordered by phone or in person. Thanks. (603) 224-4101. Cake decoration may increase pricing. Regular Cake Orders require a twenty-four hour notice. Custom Cakes require a minimum of one week's notice, depending on detail of decoration. Complex designs require a minimum of two weeks' notice.

NOTE: These are also available as a filling option. For wedding cakes, we use a buttercream for the frosting.

Blazer Specialty Cakes

Carrot Cheesecake: our moist, walnut-studded carrot cake with a layer of New York style cheesecake inside and a classic cream cheese frosting.

Neopolitan Cake: a cake with a timeless combination of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry flavors that is filled with a smooth raspberry preserve and frosted with a rich chocolate buttercream frosting.

Peanut Butter Cake: a creamy peanut butter filling sandwiched between layers of chocolate cake. It is frosted with the same peanut butter filling and finished with a chocolate ganache.

Hungarian Chocolate Rum Cake: a chocolate cake filled with rum fudge and glazed with more chocolate. This one is for chocolate lovers! (It can also be made without the rum.)

Mandarin Chocolate Cake: a tasty combination including chocolate cake filled with an orange marmalade. It is frosted with a rich chocolate-orange cream cheese frosting.

Strawberry Cake: vanilla cake layered with strawberries, caramel, and mascarpone cream. We then frost the cake with same mascarpone cream. For a light slice of summer, try this cake.

Almond Joy Cake: a rich chocolate cake with a thick layer of creamy coconut filling that is glazed with chocolate and trimmed with toasted almonds.

Lemon Cake: a vanilla cake layered with tart lemon and light cream. It is frosted with mascarpone cream.

White Chocolate Rasberry Cake: a chocolate cake accented by raspberry preserves, then iced in white chocolate buttercream.

Toffee Caramel Cake: caramel and toffee pieces meet chocolate cake and rich chocolate buttercream.

Mississippi Mud Cake: a combination of marshmallow and pecans make the filling for this cake. It is covered with chocolate ganache.

Coconut Chocolate Mousse Cake: a chocolate cake with a coconut mousse frosting.

German Chocolate Cake: a scrumptious cake with a pecan and coconut creamy filling. The topping is accented by chocolate ganache.

Raspberry Buttercream Cake: a vanilla cake filled with real raspberry filling and a smooth raspberry flowered buttercream frosting. It is a tribute to berries and cream.
