September 2011 Wedding and Reception
Felicia Pasley & Germaine Elliott were married at Castle in the Clouds in Moultonborough, NH on September 5th. The Red Blazer catered this wedding reception. We butler-styled some appetizers : Petite Antipasto Skewers, Artichoke Sundried Tomato Pastry Bites and Baked Cheese Philo Cups. The Buffet Dinner included Baked Stuffed Chicken Breast, Broiled Haddock and our Beef Tips Madeira followed by this Red Blazer wedding cake.

Christina Hoppe & Ian Brauner were married at Dimond Hill Farm on August 21, 2010.

The Buffet Style Dinner at the Brauner wedding reception included Italian Style Baked Chicken, Grilled Salmon, Macaroni and Cheese, and a Baked Potato Bar. The Corn on the Cob, Green Beans for the Green Bean Casserole, and Garden Salad featured vegetables from the Dimond Hill Farm in Concord, NH. The menu was good ole fashioned homestyle cooking!
