Eco-Friendly Functions
We do everything possible at The Red Blazer Restaurant to be a friend to the environment and to encourage others to do the same. You'll be sending that very message by booking your next event at The Red Blazer Restaurant and Pub. We can offer a carbon neutral event for any gathering or function.
Thanks to the latest technology available, The Blazer recycles its used vegetable oil and reuses it for electrical energy production. So for your event, we can go off the grid and run the entire restaurant on our unique veggie-powered generator.
Our Function Rooms
Our Function Rooms can accommodate a private party from 35 - 200 people and can be arranged in many styles with Podium, Screen, and Microphone capabilities. Our restaurant hours can also be adjusted.

Feel free to ask one of us for a tour of our Concord, N.H. restaurant, especially our Highlands Room. It is a function room with its own full-service private bar located upstairs. It can be accessed by stairs or elevator for those with special needs. The Highlands Room can hold up to 120 people depending upon the setup style.
The Blazer Room is also a great place for private functions, parties, or business meetings. It can be reserved for functions of up to 60 people. See our dining rooms for more information.

Do you need holiday platters or appetizers?
We can provide them along with staff to serve your guests and clean up afterwards. We also prepare all types of special occasion cakes, including custom wedding cakes in our Concord, New Hampshire bakery.
