Our Sunday Breakfast Buffet (8am to 12pm)
At our Sunday Breakfast Buffet, we emphasize fresh and made-to-order menu items like eggs, omelets, pancakes, and Belgian waffles. We also have a Bloody Mary bar featuring over 30 varieties of vodka.
The Sunday Breakfast Buffet menu includes:
- fruit salad bar
- scrambled eggs
- our famous egg lasagna
- bacon, ham, and sausage
- sausage biscuits with gravy
- eggs bendict
- home fries
- baked beans
- hash
- french toast
- breakfast pizza
- assorted breads for toast
- dessert bar and assorted pastries that change on a weekly basis
Made-to-Order Items (prepared right in front of you):
- Belgian waffles
- custom pancakes with blueberries, Reese's Pieces, chocolate chips, strawberries, etc.
- custom omelets with weekly omelet specials (includes ingredients like ham, cheese, mushrooms, onions, peppers, sausage, bacon, tomatoes, and black olives)
- fried eggs at the omelet station
Adults: $9.95 (does not include beverages)
Children (5 to 10) $5.95
Children under 5: FREE
Our Breakfast Buffet goes from 8am to 12pm.
Then from 12pm - 8pm, we are serving our lunch & dinner menu.
Mike Famiglietti is a line cook at the Red Blazer.
He says he really likes the Sunday Breakfast Buffets.
He enjoys making the "special" Italian Omelet with basil, tomatoes, mushrooms, marinara sauce, and provolone cheese.
He's also enthusiastic about the S'mores Pancake with graham crackers, marshmallows, chocolate chips, and chocolate syrup. He says it is a big hit!
