NOTE: All Food and Beverages items at The Red Blazer Restaurant and Pub must be supplied and prepared by the restaurant. No other food or beverage will be permitted into the restaurant. Please advise us of any special dietary restrictions and arrangements will be made to accommodate them.

Breakfast Functions

Includes 5 different packages: Continental Breakfast, Plated Breakfast, Breakfast Buffet, Brunch, and a Sunday Breakfast Buffet (with a made-to-order omelet station).

Appetizer Functions

Includes appetizer displays, cold appetizers, hot appetizers, and a raw bar.

Homestyle Buffets

Includes our Sandwich Buffet, our Roasted Turkey Dinner Buffet, our Pot Roast Dinner Buffet, our Meatloaf Dinner Buffet, our Shepard's Pie Dinner Buffet, our Corned Beef & Cabbage Dinner Buffet, our Lasagna Dinner Buffet, and our Italian Dinner Buffet. Minimum 30 people.

Plated Packages

Includes 5 Packages with entrees such as Filet Mignon, Prime Rib, Pastry Baked Chicken, Roast Stuffed Pork Loin, Baked Stuffed Lobster, Lazy Man Lobster, Broiled Haddock, Roast Duck, and Filet Wellington with Liver Paté. Minimum 20 people.

Traditional Buffets

Entree selections include assorted beef, chicken seafood, pasta and vegetarian choices. Carving Stations are also available. Minimum 30 people.

Dessert Functions

Includes dessert choices such as Black Forest Cake, Tira-Mi-Su, Strawberry Shortcake, Carrot Cake Cheese Cake, Lemon Meringue Tart and Chocolate Mousse.
