Catering - FAQ
How Much will one pan feed?
This will depend on your entire menu; with one entree selection, one full pan will feed approximately 12-15 guests. With more than one entree selection, and guests having both selections, portion sizes will most likely be smaller, therefore one full pan will go further.
How much will the Catering Platters feed?
Small Platters serve approximately 12 guests
Large Platters serve approximately 24 guests
Do you have any soy free items?
Soy is a tricky one as it is in almost everything! Our marinades have soy, olive oil has soy, our marinara has soy.
*Our BBQ sauce does not have soy.
*We are able to make a pasta primavera soy free
Do you have gluten free items?
All Gluten free items are noted. The items that we are able to make gluten free have the option to choose.
Do you offer delivery drop off?
Yes, we can accommodate a few deliveries per day, within a half-hour distance. After 4pm on Friday and Saturday evenings delivery is not available. There is a minimum food order requirement of $250. Delivery fee and service charge are added to the final bill
